Fresh and Delicate
This Sancerre displays a light yellow hue with green tints. The nose initially expresses rhubarb, undergrowth and peppermint aromas and then opens up to reveal notes of fresh citrus, lime, grapefruit and orange blossom. The wine is fresh and delicate on the palate and then develops a lovely ethereal structure, in which even riper citrus notes (lemon, pink grapefruit) come through. The finish is elegant with a touch of mint, resulting in a harmonious and extremely fine wine.

The nose on the Sancerre opens with pure minerality and exotic fruit. Flavors of grapefruit, lychee and lime combine with a clean and crisp palate. Persistant, fine and zesty. A classic Sancerre. An excellent addition to grilled fish, salmon tartar or fresh spinach and goats cheese salad.
