Splurge
Henschke Marble Angel
Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
Barossa, Australia
The name Henschke says it all when it come to quality
Deep ruby with fragrant aromas of blackcurrant, violets, crushed flowering herbs and plum, with hints of blood orange, tomato leaf and cedar. An intense and lively palate, with cassis, blueberry and licorice into spicy clove and cardamom balanced by lifted acidity and textured, grainy tannins on the long and savory finish.

Vasse Felix Filius
Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
Margaret River, Australia
Outstanding value
Bright ruby with a purple tinge. On the nose, lovely blood plum and mulberry fragrance, with graphite, some charred nori, roast pan drippings, spicy charcuterie, and a hit of Hickory sauce. A light-to-medium-bodied Cabernet. It has a lovely fresh acidity and fine, crisp and sinewy tannins and a soft, elegant core. Unveils flavors of blood plum and berry
